Items must retain their original packaging (such as tags, bags, etc.) for return processing.

   Please contact us via email, explaining the reason for your return and providing your order number and relevant information.

We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.

3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong item was shipped.
